Return and Exchange Policy:
UNWORN MERCHANDISE CAN BE RETURNED FOR FULL CREDIT IN FORM OF ORIGINAL PAYMENT IF ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. STORE CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS.
SALES MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
ALL SPECIAL ORDER SALES ARE FINAL. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
To return an item from afar, please ship to the store via a carrier who provides tracking and insurance on your package. Include your name, phone number and receipt if possible. Once received, we will contact you to process your return.
All packages are shipped UPS Ground and will arrive in 7-10 business days unless otherwise specified. We only ship within the USA. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available for a surcharge. If a package must be delivered to a PO Box, USPS service is available.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
